Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your artwork within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can arrange the return process.

Please note that for returns due to a change of mind or any reason other than damage or our error, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and/or a short unboxing video showing both the artwork and its packaging immediately after opening.

To ensure a fair process for everyone, all claims are reviewed based on the photos, videos, and any other relevant information provided.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a UPS pickup from your address at no cost to you. You may choose either a brand-new replacement artwork or a full refund to your original payment method.

Natural Stone Guarantee

Every Jerusalem Legacy artwork is crafted from genuine Jerusalem stone, making each piece naturally unique. The stone may contain natural veins and mineral patterns that are part of its authentic beauty and character. Unlike engineered or manufactured stone, every piece is entirely natural and one of a kind.

In the rare event that a natural vein causes the stone to crack or separate, we will gladly replace your artwork free of charge.
